You don’t need anything fancy, just your enthusiasm and belief

Dream it do it

If you’ve been following me along my doubt-filled and a-little-bit-confused journey – first of all hi!!! and thanks, so great to have you here in my space. Second of all, I want to say:

You can do it* too! And you don’t need a freakin’ fancy anything plan to do it..
*whatever that it might be

Don’t get me wrong, reading up on marketing and business tips fascinates me, even as a do-good, nature-loving, ecotourism promoting, yoga doing, boho loving entrepreneur.

I love business. I don’t know how to do it all yet, but it’s just fascinating.

But at the same time, it’s all so (over)whelming. I feel like my record is on repeat because every post I write it seems like I’m whelmed by something.

Like I said many times before – why don’t I learn? – I keep on comparing my first baby steps with more experienced female entrepreneur’s mega steps.

That’s why I love what Ash recently said on her blog the Middle Finger Project that I’d like to share with you who’s starting that business (social or otherwise) – a peace of mind feeling just came over me when she told me that:

“You don’t need fancy marketing, to begin with. The most important thing is genuine enthusiasm and belief in what you are doing.

Just start talking everywhere.”

Well hunty, I do love to talk! Let me loose at a party, and you won’t have a moment of quiet. Sorry, NOT sorry.

I finally get that this blog, is my space, I can develop myself here, I can be myself here, I can talk about anything I value here: my story, yoga,  hiking,  my research on ecotourism, my business, my struggle with believing in myself.

ANYTHING I feel enthusiastic about.

You might like it or not.  Or you might think damn that’s not professional of her. But all I can do is be myself and show you what I stand for. If I struggle writing about my expertise and I share that with you then that’s my truth.

It doesn’t have to be perfect – as long as it’s from the heart.

All I hope is that it helps you as much as it does me.

Now go and do it!
